Policies for Forest Hills Fine Arts Center

Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final unless patron opted for Purchase Protection at Check out.

No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.

General Policies
Box Office hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am-4:00 pm.
No returns on tickets, exchanges can be done by calling the Box Office.
For ticketed events the doors to the theatre open 30 minutes prior to showtime.
For ticketed events, a ticket is required for anyone entering the theatre regardless of age.
Booster seats available, first come first served.
No food or drinks allowed in the theatre.
Fees: 5% plus .75 per ticket for credit card processing. No extra fees if purchasing at the Box Office with cash or check.
Alcohol and smoking are prohibited on FHPS Property

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Forest Hills Fine Arts Center). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
