Box Office Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am-4:00 pm
No returns on tickets unless Refund Protection is purchased, exchanges can be done by calling the Box Office.
FYI-Refund Protection is offered through a third party company, not the Fine Arts Center. It will not cover refunds if your schedule changes and you can no longer attend. If you are sick and cannot attend they will require a Dr. note.
For ticketed events the doors to the theatre open 30 minutes prior to showtime.
For ticketed events, per the Grand Rapids Fire Marshall, all persons must have a ticket regardless of age.
The main orchestra floor of the theatre is Loop Hearing enabled.
Booster seats available, first come first served.
No food or drinks allowed in the theatre.
5% + .80 per ticket is added for Credit Card Processing online and at Box Office.
Purchasing at the Box Office with Cash or Check will eliminate any fees.
