Things to Know:

• Box Office hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am-4:00 pm.
• No returns on tickets unless Refund Protection is purchased, exchanges can be done by calling the Box Office.
• For ticketed events the doors to the theatre open 30 minutes prior to showtime.
• For ticketed events, per the Grand Rapids Fire Marshall, all persons must have a ticket and occupy their own seat regardless of age. 
• The main orchestra floor of the theatre is Loop Hearing enabled.
• Booster seats available, first come first served.
• No food or drinks allowed in the theatre.
• 5%  + .75 per ticket is added for Credit Card Processing.  Purchasing at the Box Office with Cash or Check will eliminate any fees.
